At first glance the above mix looks a tad uninspired, but a study conducted at the Department of Ultrasound at the Medicinal Centre Charlottenlund (Denmark), indicates the above three ingredients can delay gastric emptying, suppress the appetite, and provide credible weight loss results. After examining the data gathered the Danish researchers concluded: “[The mixture] reduced the time to perceived gastric fullness and induced significant weight loss over 45 days in overweight patients treated in a primary health care context.”

How to Take Zotrim Capsules – should be taken with water, or the cold drink of choice, a few minutes before eating a meal. The maximum serving of three capsules is required three times each day, but BSC suggest new users take a lowered (2 capsules, 3 times per day) dose for the first two weeks of supplementation.
