PhenElite is a bestselling dietary supplement on Amazon and one of many weight loss products on their claiming to have extremely good results.
Rather than the name of a company on the Phen Elite bottles, there is the name of a marketing company called Boost Marketing Group LLC on the back, for whom the product has been manufactured for resale.
Unfortunately, spurious marketing companies aren’t famous for their amazing diet pills, and as you’d expect, this one is no exception.
We have tested many better and safer products in this class in our time. You can find a review of our favourite by clicking the link below…
There are countless products sold on Amazon and other third party websites and there is virtually no oversight with respect to quality or even safety of supplements.
The “verified” customer and feedback system on Amazon is also broken to the point where only one hundred out of ten thousand reviews might be genuine.
PhenElite is one of these products.
The sales page promises the following benefits:
- Fat Burning
- Appetite Suppression
Like all diet pills, the formula of ingredients is the important thing. We’ll look at that next.
The ingredients below make up a 1200mg blend per 2 capsules. The individual doses are not shown but the order of the ingredients is supposed to be the order of descending inclusion weight.
The formula includes:
– African Mango extract, Raspberry Ketones, Green Tea extract, Acai Fruit extract, Caffeine , Resveratrol, Apple Cider Vinegar powder, Kelp, Grapefruit powder.
In theory the African Mango should be the largest inclusion and the rest of the list should each be less than the previous.
Green Tea extract and caffeine are the two ingredients that offer the most fat burning potential in our experience.
A few of the rest of the ingredients have enjoyed periods in the limelight, being hailed as the next big thing for weight loss, but they never really panned out.
Resveratrol and Acai are more antioxidant than they are fat burners or weight management ingredients.
PhenElite Side Effects and Health Issues
People who are sensitive to caffeine might feel some milld effects the first time they take a product like PhenElite, although this one isn’t that strong.
To assess whether you tolerate the formula well, you should start with one capsule rather than taking the 2 capsule dose on the packaging.
Pregnant and breastfeeding women should never take supplements like this one.
People with medical conditions and people taking prescription medication should consult their doctor before taking supplements like this.
The Bottom Line – Is PhenElite Recommended?
The bottom line is no, this product is not recommended. The formula does not contain many ingredients that are particularly useful for fat burning.
Boost Marketing Group is not a company we know much about and they are certainly not a well known supplement company.
We test a lot of supplements and we recommend only the ones that we feel can help you with your weight loss goals.
