Apidren is a diet pill manufactured in America by NutriPharm. According to the marketing material on the official website, the formulation of ingredients used in the product have been clinically proven capable of helping people to decrease their waist circumference and lose weight. The site is shockingly short of information about Apidren though, and fails to satisfactorily explain exactly what the pills are designed to do. There are no claims made about appetite suppression, fat blocking, enhanced metabolism, or fat burning. Just a promise of weight loss. This is very strange.

The website does have a couple of bar graphs that suggest Apidren is capable of outperforming a placebo, and claims are made about three gold standard clinical trials that proved the product can significantly reduce, weight, waist, and hip size. But no links are provided to the study and it is unclear who conducted it and where. Big claims are easy to make, but without proof to back them up they have no value.

Although the Apidren website does not provide much information about CardiaSlim, we managed to find the manufacturer’s website. It makes the same claim about reduced hip and waist size and adds a few more:

  • Supports healthy LDL & total cholesterol levels
  • Supports healthy HDL cholesterol levels
  • Supports healthy triglyceride levels

It doesn’t provide any information to back up these claims but there is a link to a study that suggests a proprietary blend of sphaeranthus indicus and garcinia mangostana, called Meratrim, may have value as a weight loss aid and, like CardiaSlim, it is manufactured by InterHealth Nutraceuticals; so it appears CardiaSlim may be Meratrim with a new name.

After the study of the ingredient the researchers concluded: “Meratrim appears to be a well-tolerated and effective ingredient for weight management in healthy overweight subjects.” However, the study was conducted in-house and can hardly be seen as being non-biased.

Usage Instructions Apidren is designed to be used in conjunction with diet and exercise. One capsule is required 30 minutes before breakfast and a second capsule should be consumed 30 minutes before lunch.
